Crothersville FFA Attends the Indiana State Fair
This past August, seven Crothersville FFA members spent time working at the Swine Barn at the Indiana State Fair. They assisted the Swine Barn officials with unloading exhibitor trailers, preparing the show arenas, working with swine, setting up the show arena, cleaning pens, and general organization for the shows.
The guys stayed the evenings at the fair in preparation to be at work by 6:30 am every day. They were accompanied by their chapter advisor, Linda Myers, and later Brian Clouse. Members were also able to meet Eric Holcomb, Governor of Indiana, at the ground breaking ceremony for the new Swine Barn.
